When Form Blends with Function!

When Metro Shoes was redesigning their identity, INSYNC worked hand in glove with their design agency to create a shop fitting solution that blends form and function into an affordable solution, that can be rolled out quickly and effortlessly across the country. The Design agency short listed our Award Winning ENGAGE FNL Powered shop fitting solution as the base solution and designed a custom frame work of tubular frames and portals embedded with LED that draws power from our ENGAGE FNL electrified tracks. Providing a completely flexible solution without any visible wires!! Light on every shelf, illuminate every merchandise perfectly yet eliminates the hassles of wire management. The shelves, simply FIT N LIGHT!

To add to that convenience, the ENGAGE FNL can also power up signages, so for the first time giving the designers and Visual Merchandisers the ability to plan back lit signages in line with the merchandise. Not only did that increase the effectiveness of the communication but the best part is that there is no space wastage. Also, the flexibility of FIT. N. LIGHT signages helps the store staff move the signages around at will, ensuring the store is always looking fresh!!

This project is a brilliant example of the effective use of standardised engineering blended with customisable skins. Where designers get the benefit of using our standard parts and do not have to go through hassle of designing every element from scratch, can rely on safety and technology provided by INSYNC while adding their own signature style with custom built parts that are engineered and built by our highly experienced team at INSYNC.

Forte Shop Fittings: From it’s muscular base to it’s heavily built uprights Forte is designed for strength and stability.

From the quick fix wall mounting system to the interlocking connectors and base mechanisms, Forte is built to be assembled quickly and effortlessly to present a milieu of different Merchandise categories and shelf depths.

Every part is built to support the merchandising needs of large box retail formats. Designers can create modular portals, partitions, use a host of different finishes and choose from a wide range of merchandise support accessories to create innovative design and space plans using Forte.

Quick Fix:

Quick Fix wall mounting systems and interlocking connectors and base mechanisms, enable quick assembly.

Product Highlights

The Forte system has been designed with the unique challenges of large retail stores in mind. Stores with high merchandise density, categories and footfall, need the shop fitting system to not only be highly flexible but also versatile in applications. This is the defining feature of the Forte Shopfitting system.

Versatile Shelf Bracket

Multiple Utility:
The uniquely designed shelf bracket of the Forte provides a designer the opportunity to use the same bracket for 25 mm wooden shelves and 10 mm glass shelves, depending on the merchandise category and design concept.

Tilt feature:
The tilt feature designed into the Forte bracket, makes it a highly versatile tool for store management. Instead of using 2 different brackets for different angles, the Forte bracket can effortlessly be tilted into the 20° angle from 0° to support the required display configuration.

Robust construction:

The Forte is a shop fitting system designed to carry heavy merchandise loads. To support this, it has been designed not only to be strong but also rigid and cost effective. To do this effectively the Forte uses vertical and horizontal load baring members to create an efficient load distribution mechanism. This meticulously engineered assembly is also designed for very high modularity for ease of warehousing and transportation, thus every component of the structural assembly is modular.

Versatility:

The Forte structure can be used in a plethora of different designs to suite different merchandise and product presentation requirements.

The rugged structural members can be left open to create a raw and organic retail environment.

Forte structure can also be concealed using a varied range of panels and covers to give it a seamless, elegant appearance.

To create merchandise highlight points or breaks between categories the modular partitions and the highly modular niche can be assembled effortlessly and on site within no time.

Introducing “Gravity Lock” technology

Shop Fittings have the highest interaction in retail consumers. Hence safety is of paramount importance in the designing of shop fitting systems. We at INSYNC Retail have been able to sense the pulse of Indian Retailers and consumers and thus the products designed and manufactured by us are completely safe.

SYNTRACK shop fitting systems are designed with a “GRAVITY LOCK” technology enabling complete safety – systems once installed get locked in position.

Adaptor:

Once the accessories are inserted into the adaptor as shown, the adaptor is locked into place & cannot be moved up or down unless the accessories is removed.

Shelf Bracket:

The tilt and insert feature ensures ease of mounting the glass shelf into the bracket. Once mounted, the shelf is locked and cannot be dismounted unless it is lifted in the above manner.
