Hypercity India, set the trend for hyper markets to focus a considerable Retail space within their stores on non food, specially Fashion. When the brand decided to implement this overhaul in their business model, they partnered with INSYNC Shop Fittings by Safe Enterprises for their shop fitting solutions.

The challenge was to provide a single solution that fit all non food categories, was robust enough to handle the large scale customer interaction and yet be cost effective , INSYNC answered all these challenges with the versatile and robust FORTE shop fitting system, around which we created solutions for FASHION, FOOTWEAR, EYEWEAR & FURNITURE. INSYNC recommended the FORTE shop fitting system which by design is built to serve the large box retailer. The construction of bold uprights, a muscular base and connectors make it extremely stable, capable of withstanding continues shopper interaction, as well as carry a wide range of weight categories.

The Floor units are fitted with specially designed corner protectors, to protect against damage from shopping carts, ensuring better longevity of the wooden skirtings.

The FORTE bracket adapts to fit both glass and wooden shelves at a 0° and 20° angle to allow a versatile use of the shelf space. FORTE can be used both with and without back panels to provide a variation of the display and with its easy to fit, wide range of display accessories it allows the VM team to always keep the shop floor looking fresh.

Mr Tata had laid down the unprecedented challenge of opening 28 stores for their new Brain child Zudio!! To mark the beginning of 2019.

Zudio’s retail identity is designed around INSYNC’s FORTE  shop fitting solution and we custom built a range of floor units, browsers, trial rooms, display tables and the cash desk and cash back. Over 35 products in all that make up the Zudio store identity.

We took on the challenge laid down to Mr Ashley and the projects team of Zudio to fit out 28 stores in 28 days Spanning over 1,75,000 Sq. ft and have shipped and installed all these stores in a multitude of locations across the country.

The Forte shop fitting solution forms the structural heart of the retail identity and is used both for wall bays and floor units. Using our standardised engineering was a key factor in the success of the rollout being achieved as planned. Since this solution is designed for quick and easy manufacturing and installation.

Besides FORTE we also built modular cash desk and cash back units that are finished with solid acrylic tops, we produced browsers and hanging rails for floor display along with stepped tables and podium. All in all 35 total SKU.

The best aspect of this was that we achieved this without delaying any of our other rollouts. The entire team pitched in with innovative ideas and extra working hours and ensured that we were able to create History with Zudio while we didn’t disappoint any of our other patrons in doing so.

In the last 24 months, The Safe Enterprise group has Fitout over a 100 FBB stores across the country, including stand alone stores, Shop-in-shops and Retro fitting existing outlets with the new Shop Fitting Solution.

INSYNC’s Forte, Shop Fitting system with its robust construction, quick installation capability and versatility was the Shop Fitting solution that allowed quick & efficient Rollouts of the FBB stores. The Safe Enterprises team custom build and engineered a host of bespoke fixtures to plug into the Forte uprights or to be used as stand-alone units.

M Lounge at Kannur Kerala is a Men’s paradise sprawling over 25000 sq ft of retail space. The design agency collaborated with INSYNC at the get go and together we created a retail design that uses a number of Insync’s shop fittings solutions such as the Engage Fit N Light for the footwear zone while using the Inhance Inlay for the formal section and the Inhance tracks to create the casual zone….

The creative genius of the designer shows, in how he’s created an envelope of bespoke fixtures which look and feel like they have been carpentered on site yet every part was produced at our factory and ensembled on site.
